1.) I think I have been struggling a little bit with my senior project. I feel like I deserve an AP because I have done some of the required things. Although I haven't turned in my second interview I have been doing the most i can to have it done.
2.) I feel that i have been improving somewhat on my research. I say this because i have learned the ways in obtaining your license in nursing and before I didn't really know. So i feel like i have accomplished something so far.(:
3.) One thing i would certainly like to improve on is finding my service! It has been very difficult to find service learning because of ride problems. My only transportation is bus so my sources are limited.

Research
1.) So far i have learned about different ways to get your Nursing License. For example there is the BSN, ADN, or a Diploma. After having your license in ER Nursing you have the ability to explore the different things you can do as an ER Nurse. I have learned that nursing takes up most of your daily life, you have to balance between your personal life and your work life, you have to know how to manage your time.
Independent Component 1
1.) For my Independent Component I'm planning on doing more service learning hours instead.
2.) I think that with doing so, I will not only get my hours completed, but I will further my knowledge about my topic.
3.) My independent component ties into my EQ because it will further my knowledge on what is most important for a nurse in an ER room, and it will give me an inside look on what they do on a regular basis.

3.) How does ER Nursing affect you as a person?
4.) What positive and negative aspects have you taken from ER Nursing?
5.) What specific steps did you take to get to where you are now?

Presentation Reflection
1. I feel that my first interview helped me during my presentation because it opened my eyes and made me realize how ER Nurses really are. And that it made me realize ER Nurses don't have it easy. That their job is pretty different compared to a regular nurse.
2. I think that what stood out the most from my presentation was how i actually followed through with my lesson plan and the fact that my volume throughout my presentation was good because people were able to hear me.(:
3. Out of this presentation I thought that the most difficult thing to was actually the presentation itself. I was really nervous because I thought i was going to mess up during my presentation.
