1) What is your EQ?What is important for a nurse in an emergency room?

2) Define the words in your EQ to make sure we are on the same page regarding what your EQ means.
Emergency room nursing. i will be concentrating on what e.r. nurses do most.

important for a nurse- by this i will explain what is most conspicuous for a nurse to aquire, education, affection for the patients and patients family, or both.

3) What are some possible answers to your EQ so far?
possible answers are e.r. nurses must have a certain amount of education
they must be able to communicate with the patients and their families but have sympathy and must put themselves in that position.
also they must show dedication to their work and also they must show care for their patients

(4) What has been your most important source and why?  Be specific.  If it is a person, name them and what they do, if it is an article, book or video, name the title and author
a book that has been very helpful to me is ''The Home Health Aide Handbook'' by Jetta Fuzy.
